Friendly staff. Good breakfast - kitchen staff replenished food when needed, although there were no fruit toppings for the waffles or yogurt.

We just spent five nights here. We had an upper floor 2-room suite, which was great for a longer stay, since it was a true suite--a separate bedroom with closing door. Room overall was very large, bed was comfortable, and it had fridge and microwave--basically a 1-bedroom apartment (no dishes/silverware/cooking equipment though). Floors were quite solid, so no disturbing guests above or below. Hotel has a good breakfast: eggs/biscuits/potatoes, five waffle makers (though I'm not a fan of the waffles), cereal, yogurts, fruits. Coffee wasn't the greatest but adequate. Good workout room with several machines. Staff were very friendly and helpful--we had a broken hair dryer that they replaced right away. Overall this seems like a well-run establishment; I'd recommend it highly.

Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The front staff was responsive and friendly as well as the maintenance person

The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. I spoke with 3 different people at the front office and all were kind. I spoke with several staff at breakfast who were just as kind. They kept the breakfast area clean and tidy no matter who many people made Texas waffles and spilled syrup. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The AC worked great since we all live on the sun here in Texas! Bathroom was very clean and the entire room smelled fresh.

Overall it was a good stay, however it was noisy, people were playing in the pool after 10pm. The breakfast was ok, similar to other similar places, nothing extraordinary, we had a dr's appointment at 7:00 so the schedule (6:00 am - 9:00 am) was perfect. It is perfect if you are in San Antonio for medical appointments or hospital stays, all the hospitals and clinics are super close.
